Live event printing · Boston, Massachusetts

Custom merch,
printed live
for Boston.

Boston runs on a calendar — conference season at the BCEC, spring commencements, September campus kickoffs, biotech milestones in Kendall Square. Whichever week yours lands on, we bring the press: DTF, hat bar, embroidery, screen printing, all live.

The charter

Four steps from booking
to fresh prints

  1. I

    Tell us about it

Give us the date on the Boston calendar, the room, and the headcount — an itemized quote comes back within 24 hours.

  2. II

    We dial in the art

Your logo or a loose idea goes to the art desk; proofs, screens, and transfers are ready before doors open.

  3. III

We roll in & set up

Crew, presses, ink, and a full size run of blanks load in and build around your run-of-show.

  4. IV

    We print it live

Guests choose a design, watch the pull, and wear it out — roughly two minutes per shirt.

Live stations

Ways we print
live in Boston

Every season of the Boston event year has its fit: DTF for dense conference art in June, embroidery for executive dinners in the winter, a hat bar when students flood back in September. Run one station or combine them — everything is finished in front of the person taking it home.

Why live

Handouts get left behind.
Merch made in front of you goes home.

Boxes of pre-made giveaways get abandoned on chairs. When the press is running — at a June conference, a lab milestone, a reunion tent — the shirt becomes the story of that day on the calendar: picked, printed, and pulled warm while its owner watched.

  • iAn activity built into the agenda — not a table to walk past.
  • iiThe most-filmed corner of the room, all night.
  • iiiPrinted to order, so sizes and designs never miss.
  • ivBy last call, your logo is walking around the venue.

Questions

Good to know

Budget $5K–$15K for most Boston dates; staffed programs open around $5,000. What moves the number is headcount, hours on the press, garment tier, and the size of the build. The quote lists every line — crew, gear, blanks, setup, teardown, prints — and lands within 24 hours.

Sixty shirts an hour per press is the working ceiling, and the usual rig is two presses with two printers — call it 100+ an hour when it matters. Conference breaks empty a whole session at once, so we build for that ten-minute surge rather than the average.

Each station wants a 10×10 ft footprint, two standard 120V circuits, and queue room that stays out of the walkway. Presses, dryers, ink, blanks, tables, and crew all come with us. You handle dock or freight-elevator access and any house rules.

T-shirts anchor most programs, but the lineup runs wider: live DTF for detailed art, a hat bar, on-site embroidery for executive pieces, and totes or drinkware. A typical Boston build is one core tee with embroidery or headwear as the upgrade lane.

All of Greater Boston, handled door to door. We tour out of Fullerton, CA with everything on board, and travel is folded into the one number on your quote.

Yes — BCEC and Hynes booths are a specialty. Send booth dimensions, your electrical order, and the session grid; we arrange the station so ordering and pickup flow on opposite sides, and the rush between talks works for you instead of against you.

One quote, whole operation: printers, presses, dryers, garments across the size curve, setup, teardown, and every piece printed live. A polished single-station biotech launch and a high-volume campus weekend price differently, but both arrive itemized.

Rooms of every size across the city — the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, the Hynes, TD Garden and Fenway-area venues, hotel ballrooms, and private lofts. We cover the Seaport, Back Bay, Downtown, Cambridge and Kendall Square, and out through Somerville and Quincy, printing live at conferences, corporate events, festivals, and activations.
