Why live

Merch is forgettable.
Watching it get made isn’t.

A pile of pre-printed shirts on a table is swag. A press running at a Seaport conference, a Kendall Square launch, or a campus event is an experience — guests pick the art, watch it print, and leave with a shirt that feels earned, not handed out.

  • iA real activity, not a giveaway table — guests do something.
  • iiA content engine — the press is what everyone films.
  • iiiPrint-on-demand — only what guests want, in their size.
  • ivYour brand, all over the event by the end of the night.

Questions

Good to know

Most Boston events land between $5K and $15K all-in; staffed programs start around $5,000. The big levers are guest count, printing hours, garments, and setup. Your quote itemizes crew, presses, garments, setup and teardown, and every print — one number, sent within 24 hours.

Each press turns out up to 60 shirts per hour, and our standard two-press setup clears 100+ at full tilt. Seaport conference breaks release hundreds of people at once, so we plan for the peak — staged sizes and a short art menu hold the pace.

Roughly a 10×10 ft footprint per station, two standard 120V circuits, and a queue that doesn't pinch the aisle. We bring the presses, ink, garments, tables, and crew. You confirm dock or elevator access, power placement, and any building rules.

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. We keep gear staged and have turned Boston events around in under a week, so if your date is soon, ask anyway.

No — we also run live DTF, a live hat bar, embroidery, and hard goods like totes and drinkware. DTF handles detailed conference art; embroidery suits smaller executive runs. Most Boston events run a core tee plus one upgrade station.

Greater Boston events handled door to door — travel folded into one clear number. We're based in Fullerton, CA and bring everything to your venue.

Yes — booths at the BCEC and Hynes are a specialty. Send your booth size, electrical order, and the session grid and we size the station to fit — ordering face on one side, pickup on the other, so the booth works when attendees arrive between talks.

Everything on-site: crew, presses and equipment, garments, setup and teardown, and every live print — shirts, hats, totes, and more. A biotech launch might want one polished station and a limited menu; a campus or arena program runs more volume. One itemized quote either way.

We bring on-site live event printing to Boston venues of every size — from the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, the Hynes Convention Center, TD Garden, and Fenway Park to hotel ballrooms and private event spaces. Our mobile crew sets up and prints custom apparel, hats, and merch live at conventions, corporate events, festivals, and brand activations across Boston, including the Seaport District, Back Bay, Fenway, and Downtown.
