To host a live printing station at your Boston venue, you need surprisingly little: roughly a 10×10 ft footprint and two standard 120V circuits per station for the flash dryers. That's it — we bring the presses, ink, garments, tables, and crew.
The short checklist
- Space: about 10×10 ft per station (a little more if you want a queue lane).
- Power: two dedicated 120V circuits per station. We'll coordinate with your Boston venue or AV team.
- Access: a way to load in — most Greater Boston venues like Boston Convention & Exhibition Center have a dock or freight access.
- Surface: level ground indoors or out; outdoors we just need cover from direct rain.
We handle the rest, including setup and teardown around your run-of-show. For outdoor Boston events we bring what we need to run cleanly in the elements, and for venues with power constraints we can plan around them — just flag it early.
Once we know your venue, we'll confirm the footprint and power needs and fold load-in into the plan. Send us the details and we'll map it for your Boston space.
